We stand behind the quality of our products. If your SAMi device experiences a manufacturer defect, we’ll replace it at no cost within 1 year of the date you received your order.

- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware malfunctions under normal use
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, misuse)
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper setup or unauthorized modifications
🛠 How to Request a Replacement
Submit a support request with a detailed description of the issue. Include your order number and any relevant photos or app log files. Our team will review your request and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement unit at no cost to you. In some cases, we may request the damaged items back and will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
🕒 Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date you received your SAMi products.
If your device is outside the warranty period or not covered, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
